I bought a Milan from them about 12 months ago, and even though I had only done about 50 miles or so on the bicycle, it suddenly ceased to drive by the electric motor.
I appreciate that it was outside the guarantee period but contacted them by e-mail asking them for advice. This was about two months ago and so far I have had no response.
I have dismantled the motor and discovered that one of the planetary gears seized and as a consequence stripped the teeth from all three nylon gears.
What I would like PowaCycle to do is sell me a replacement planetary gear and so solve the problem but they cannot be bothered to reply to you, it appears that once they have sold you the goods they don't want to know.
