Hello maryinoxford, welcome to the forum. The Urban Mover and Powacycle bikes do seem to be gaining ground, both very recently introduced, and another forum member has very recently bought an Urban Mover. As you say, the Heinzmann's are good, but they are heavy lumps by today's lighter hub standards.
The Urban Mover should be easier to get up the stairs, but maybe a Stannah stair lift fitted with a car boot rack for the bike would be easier!
