Default Partial or full charge for nimh ?

Is it ok to partially charge a nimh battery then use it or must they be fully charged each time ?

Yes you can do that without harm

It's a good idea to occasionally do a full discharge and recharge cycle to maintain full capacity, say once in 10 or 20 charges, but otherwise part use or part charging modern NiMh is ok.

I second that having just bought a Nimh battery powered bike. Also, glad to hear that I do not have to ride round and round in circles to discharge my battery after every ride!
