Default Currie Electrodrive kit - needs attention

NOW SOLD - THANKS

I have for sale a currie electrodrive kit which has been on my Proflex mountain bike for a couple of years. I bought it because I had a heart arythmia and it allowed me to continue cycling. Now the heart problem's been sorted`and I want to go back to an unassisted bike.

The kit has the 32 spoke adapter on it which I believe is unobtainable now. If you need the 36 spoke pattern they can be obtained from electro-drive .:07974 723996:..

The kit is complete with the original box and instructions and the better twist grip control rather than the less easy to use thumb control.

Now the problem:
Recently the unit wasn't charging to anything like full capacity. I thought it was the batteries which were the originals. However I've bought two new SLA batteries but they aren't charging to full capacity either. Therefore it may be a problem with the charger or elsewhere in the system.
New electrodrives are £325. Given the issue with the unit I'm open to offers around £50 which will at least recoup the cost of the new batteries. Sold as seen obviously.

I would prefer collection but could post/courier out at cost on top of whatever I'm offered. I'm in County Durham.

Tel 0191 5172860 for more info

David
