Default Dahon Roo EL 2006 Owner Reviews

Reviewer: Rooster

Purchased From: Galera s.l. (Spain)

Purchase Price: £1,400

Time Owned: 4 Months

Local Terrain: Some minor hills

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Strengths:
Very light to carry. All components are good quality. Internal hub gears are very good (5 speed). Very easy to fold.
Frame is warranted for life, provided it is registered online, after initial dealer set-up.
Front light is a hub dynamo, while the back unit has a motion and light sensor. The light is very bright.
20" wheels with puncture resistant tyres.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Weaknesses:
First battery failed (NimH) but replaced under warranty without question. Could do with a larger capacity battery (it's 200W).

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Summary:
So far, I really cannot find fault but bearing in mind the price, I don't think I should!
So, all in all, a quality machine that I find reasonably suitable for my needs.
I live in Southern Spain, so I enjoy quite good weather, thankfully.

Overall Rating (out of 10) : 8
