Strengths:
N.B. Bought in 2003, sold in 2005. Reliable motor, plenty of power for my needs. Quiet. Fast charging. Battery life estimated 1000 charges.

Weaknesses:
Motor kit - supply your own bike. 5 kg battery mounted on rear rack - not ideal position (too high). NiCad battery would need specialist disposal. Range not great, about 15 miles.

Summary:
Expensive but well-engineered and reliable. Add-on kits are probably outdated now with more electric bikes available.
