Yes we'll took the unit stripped down let the open unit take intense sunshine and heat by that then after 4 hours reassemble using clear silicone sealant and screwed it firmly then placed sealant in all gaps ie wiring inlet and screw mountings

Hi with all the atroutous weather of late I started my e bike this morning and noticed the display went from clear to intermittent lines as in photos any advice please to get moisture out of the unit also do I need to replace think I have a lcd 2 or 3 not sure or if happy with running it just...

thank you once again would I need a torque arm on the rear if ali or does this only apply to front ali forks ?

Hi can anyone here provide link or information for a complete 700c front wheel ebike conversion kit with battery or able to buy battery ie 36v 13A or near only thing is would like it either shipped from EU ie Germany or in the UK any body know who can do this I would be grateful.

It seems when lining up the flat part of the axle to the forks when bike is upside down that it sits in the D/O but need to apply pressure to fully mount it then the motor casing is somewhat wedged no room either side for maneuver the forks are rigid was considering if possible filling down...

yes the washers would be inside the fork / axle

Sent Trek an email if they can advise the thickness of the tube. It's kind of ironic but seem to have plenty of play with the rear axle but hope not being stupid here, but would the front e hub fit on the rear or is it all completely different ball game and if so how ?

So you wouldn't advise then even if I where to get a torque arm fitted for added strength, filling down each side to height of hub till totally clear of rubbing both sides on the forks then?
