    650b+ tyres on a 650b rim??

Yes that's a good article. The 650b+tyres will probably fit my rims but the rolling radius (or dia) is greatly increased from 702mm to 740mm which is too tall for a haibike allmtn rc rear end but it may squeeze within the front forks (taken some measurements) however it would look a bit odd...

    650b+ tyres on a 650b rim??

I'm just looking at the possibility of fitting Schwalbe Nobby Nic Evo Plus tyres to my Sduro allmtn rc mine are 2,35 and the plus size are 3.00. anyone done it? looking at the aperture they should fit in with the rear being the tighter fit, not cheap though at £44 each as apposed to £25 for the...

Fancy a run out over the xmas hols? Gisburn forest or do you fancy a bespoke ebike trail round longridge fell. Its a technical rocky boggy trail that you only do once on a conventional MTB but is right up Ebikers street.

Haibike Fully 2014 - Caution: Loose rear screws!

you would think so, but they're probably busy with the electrical faults that are showing up. (mines just about to be sent back to Germany with one).

Haibike Fully 2014 - Caution: Loose rear screws!

Mine dropped out completely within 40 km of being new. now replaced and loctited in and marked with two white dots so I can tell with a quick glance that they're still tight.

I've set up a faebook group for Ebikers from the NorthWest of England because you'll probably know you tend to end up going out alone as your MTB mates don't like climbs like you now do! here's the link spread the word: https://www.facebook.com/groups/664848113651204/

    Haibike SDuro Faults

Which German retailer or website did you buy it from?

    Haibike SDuro Faults

Compared to my conventional MTB (Giant trance3 with triple clamp DH forks) The Haibike gets ridden faster harder longer every time and with the increased speed and torque and weight of the thing, it's obvious that they will wear out quicker than a conventional bike. but hey that's the price you...

    Haibike SDuro Faults

Hi Georgehenry, The shop in Germany are dealing with it well and have sent me a complete harness (includes handle bar switch controller) and a display unit in order to isolate the fault. Have been out on it today in grim weather off roading still works but won't switch off. EddiePJ the Sduro...

How many people are using there e-bike off-road?

probably would with Yamaha too, the point at which the wires enter the motor via a rubber grommet which is on the top (so easy for water to sit on top of it) the wires are bent over to fit within the frame on assembly. this bend causes a visible gap (only small approx. 0.25mm.) giving potential...

    Haibike SDuro Faults

I've been using a haibike sduro allmtn RC all off road use in NW England since Sept and have ridden it it in all weathers and fairly arduously off road. Within 50 miles one of the rear suspension pivot bolts nearest the deraillieur came loose and fell out. Replaced in double quick time by...
