    Hi All, Been out for a 20 mile ride today and all is good except on a couple of occasions the boost levels appeared to be above the setting on the LCD Display. Like it was always stuck on level 5. Switching off and back on appears to reset and besides that all was good. Any idea what may...

    Just to add some closure to this. All sorted :) I found a replacement from CycloTricity its a complete unit with controller. Delivery next day and a direct replacement. So Thumbs up to them and Raj

    Yes, you unlock and the battery moves up about 10mm and its then free to remove

    The whole case is broken. So the battery falls out. Picture is of it less broken than it is now. It has the controller in the bottom so not the same.

    Sorry, it's not the battery I need, but the actual holder the battery clips into on the frame :( Battery is good

    Unfortunately not. That type doesn't have space for the controller in the bottom. It's only the actual holder I need
