Hi tom, yep, first one was just 10 months old and it was still under warranty and approx 600miles. I presume freewheel has failed and caused Nexus IGH to fail prematurely. They replaced motor but totally ignored about IGH. I got cold feet on them. I bought nuvinci replaced Nexus and so far done...
