    True, there are loads of LCD displays where the speed can easily be adjusted but I'm looking for one that needs a code input or physical cable connection so it cannot easily be de-restricted - unless you know how!

    250W/1000W Dual Use Ebike Controller (like Cyclotricity)

    I'd like to build a 1000W, 48V ebike for use on the road that can be restricted to 15mph, 250W output by either a plug connector on the controller or inputting a code on the handlebar display. Does anyone know a manufacturer that can supply a suitable controller and/or display?
