new to e bike

Hi my name is Tracy, i brought a haibike last month with the idea with commuting to work. But as of yet not done this, with having a fall off my bike. Once my ribs are better i will be back out on my bike. But it has been 27 years since I was last on a bike lol.

For confidence and balance take it one evening or at the weekend to a local trade park or industrial area where there are large car parks and it will be quiet to get reacquainted with riding.

Just been for a short bike ride, but still feel sore when i pulled off. so going to rest till the weekend then going out for a ride with friends.

Even better a social ride with friends don't forget to stop for drinky poo at a suitable watering hole , just the one mind as we wouldn't want you falling off again.
