Hi all,
new to electric bikes, having just got a Carrera Crossfire E

I'm hoping somebody can help me source a 24v front or rear drive motor wheel for my wifes bike.
I have a donor battery and good controller both 24v but can't find a 24v 250w wheel.

Anyone help?

Welcome. I'd put a separate thread in the conversion section as not everyone reads these introductions.

Akiema 24v from Topbikekit though is only 32h & 328rpm.
What size rim and terrain as you need to select the correct rpm for you requirements.
Up to 250/270rpm for hills and 26"+ rims or 328rpm for smaller rims.
For no hills then 328rpm will be ok in any rim.

GBK100R 24v 201rpm or 328rpm from Greenbikekit .

Or
GBK100F.

Aliexpress.

Found what I want from Green bike kit but cheapest is $190 delivery!! surely cant be right??

That's why we suggest just buying the bare hub motor and get a LBS to do 2x lace & true it in to a rim for you using 14g spokes, the cost should be a lot cheaper.
Speak to your local LBS first to see if they will do it and a price, shouldn't be to much.

Don't forget on top of the price is approx. £25/30 duty to pay.

How about including a location Andy then some ideas may be given to who may be able to help you, individually or a poss an ebike retailer.
