Hello Carl, I bought one from e-bikes last week..its ok apart from a struggle to get it going, the acceleration is painfully slow and have to give it a push from standstill really. Is this normal? If so, will have to look at you more upmarket models. Your advice really appreciated, thanks Jacqui
