    Haibike warranty advice

Cheers, looks like 3 of their stores have gone, Tooley Street, Belfast & Plymouth. Don't know if they are in trouble? Anyway, although you shouldn't have to pay out, in your position I'd probably just pay to have the brakes checked over & repaired or replaced. May cause you less grief in the...

    By seized by police!

gsm.terra As long as your bike is 100% legal just pop along to the police station local to the incident with a copy of your ticket or other paperwork if you were given any, a copy of your bike's specifications and a copy of the regulations. Print the regs out from .gov.uk rather than any other...

    Transferable Warranty

Sorry, that's utter tosh. Care to explain how a purchaser of a second hand item can enforce anything against a company they don't have a contract with? There's only a slim chance of a warranty claim on second hand goods and that's when the manufacturer specifically gives 'third party rights' ...

    WARNING ebiketuning.com selling useless tools

Well your overall position is in the minority compared to the other posters in this thread so far. What I find interesting is the psychology here. Mistake made, comes on a public forum making unfounded accusations, attempts to justify again and again, won't accept they are wrong in any way...

    WARNING ebiketuning.com selling useless tools

Absolute twaddle, you are just putting a different interpretation to justify your position. Mate, just accept that you didn't properly research the issue and are now trying to blame someone else for lack of effort / knowledge / inexperience / whatever and just digging a bigger hole. Anyway like...

I've not seen your bike but I'd guess it's a later Bosch Performance with a LARGE sprocket rather than an earlier Bosch Performance with a SMALL sprocket.

    Bosch performance line - 65nm

Looks like they may have inadvertently installed the software update for the Active Line Plus rather than the Performance Line which you have. https://www.bosch-ebike.com/en/service/software-update/ Active Line from MY18: 1.3.0.0 Performance Line from MY20: 1.2.3.0

If it's in that short supply triple check it's ACTUALLY in stock at the Welsh supplier first. Ask for a photo of the actual bike in the size you want. Certain retailers will say they have it when they don't, take your deposit and attempt to 'turn' you to another make or model a few days later.
