Hi everyone. I have a wisper 806 torque bike. My spare battery has stopped working. It's just over 2 years old. When it's on my bike and I turn the power on the LCD screen says Error 30. Does anyone known what that means. There is no power at all. Many thanks

You said earlier that it is not suitable to change modules while on the go? Why is that. Surely of you have replacement modules, then it would be a simple case of just taking them out and putting the charged ones in?

What mileage can a rider expect, given that only a rough mileage can be estimated as i realise it depends on the weight of the rider etc. And can you buy extra batteries if you want to go longer distances than you might get from the unit, and can you easily change the batteries if you are on a...

No. I ordered mine from ebikes direct as stated, but amps are the main suppliers of wisper bikes and i memtioned my good experience to David so that he would be able to see that they are doing an excellent job of selling his bikes and accesories

This thread sounds a bit like the old joke that you shouldn't take your carbon bike out in the rain because it will melt if you do.:)

I am a leisure cyclist and can pick and choose when i go out. I choose not to go out in the rain, but if an ebike didnt work in the rain, then the sellers would have to tell its customers this otherwise i can see very few ebikes being sold. I dont think there is any reason why an ebile wouldnt...

Sorry if i sound stupid, but if you were going downhill, why did you need assist 4 ? If going downhill, i turn it down to 0 and use the highest gear. On the 806 torque with nexus gears that means gear 7.
