Hi, looking for a Cytronex bottle battery, if anyone has a spare with little use which they can part with would be grateful.

I have a Merida Speeder bike with Cyronex pedal assist. Bike was fine last time used. Today lights do not work and no pedal assist. How can I test if bottle battery is giving power, I have a volt meter, could I use this ?
