Thanks, waiting on reply, but I'm sure that they won't sell me parts as I did not purchase the bike from them. I believe that they have a policy of supplying 1% of the value of your original purchase in replacement parts. ie if I bought a bike for $1000, then I could buy $10 in spare parts. :(

For further clarification, this is the Gen2 Bofeili motor. Same as the one discussed in this thread http://www.pedelecforum.de/forum/index.php?threads/bofeili-motor-2-generation-zerlegt.25189/ It seems that Bofeili will not sell replacement parts.

Its from my bofeili mid drive. It measures around 47.5mm OD the bearing ID is around 8mm. gear width is 10mm. Stamped on the bearing is "HCH" and "508z" There are no identifiers on the gear. I of course am looking for replacements. I see that there is a replacement set for a Sondors that looks...
