Thanks. i just managed to get the first circlip out. can now see more circlips battles coming to remove the nylon gears. also seen some on eaby uk. [not sure how reliable they are though but can't find postage pricing on greenbikekit to get an idea of the cost]

from that youtbe video, if it's anything like my motor, i can see how i could swap each of the gears themselves.

Done it today. Took crank, chain wheel and magnet disc off, clean it all up. (Straightened the teeth a bit but unless I'd insert some material in between they'll go bent again.) Wrapped pvc tape on both side of disc and it worked out. Their is almost no gap between disc and sensor (as it was...
