it is cheaper but the other bike - the gazelle - has the more powerful motor and the longer lasting battery and the nyon system.... so hard to choose

To think - I thought I might get a second hand for about £700 I have now had an amazing 2 weeks trying everything near by!! I like a step through, crank driven bike. I am not sure about the battery position on the Gazelle ( otherwise it is very comfortable) Today there are two bikes I liked...

two new bikes to take a look at ... Gazelle and Kalkhoff battery 500 and active line plus step through both seems a variety of options around £2,300 Any thoughts/ observations/ advice regarding these makes please Pleasure cycling, mainly roads, lots of local hills, also trails and forestry...

Hi Please can you give me a link to the bike you mention as I cannot find this at this price. I have not seen or tried a cube. Would it be good on steep hills and mainly roads. Occasional off toad trails.

Would you pay £500 more for the Raleigh Grand Tour over Halfords Crossfuse - both with activeline +

hi when i looked up the spec it looks like the crossfuse has active line rather than active line plus. has this changed?

i did not get a chance to really test this - i had to go to different places to try each ( as neither place had both) and the plus was unfortunately a less steep hill. It was, however, a long hill and I barely noticed the climb at all.

Hi I tried a Raleigh Motus Grand Tour today looking on line there seems to be some saying Grand Tour 2018 and others Grand tour 2019. does anyone know... is there any difference if so - how can I tell which is which ( as a novice) thanks

I was going to buy the raleigh motus grand tour with active line plus - but we live on North Downs - lots of hills - maybe this is the wrong bike -just not sure now

Thank you all for your help. you are all so much more knowledgeable than me. I had no idea there were so many Raleigh Motus bikes. I am now wondering if I said the wrong one as the one i tried had 10 gears and was a bronze colour. now I have seen just how many there are I am all the more...

Thank you This bike really felt lovely ...like I had bionic legs. I have heard people say about battery position but it did not feel bad. Trouble is this is already more expensive than I had intended and lotus with diff battery position is really expensive to me. Thank you
