Bafang 8fun CD 36v or 48v ?

I've just bought a BBSHD kit from Luna Cycle in the US. Super easy to deal with and quick delivery. I'm currently modifying a Specialized mtb to a 'battery in frame' emtb inspired by their Turbo Levo. Lots of other mods to come including Rohloff hub and Gates carbon belt drive.

Oooh, I'd like to see that!! Are you chopping the frame up to fit the battery, or, as I understand it, slotting them into the frame somehow??
