BPM rear hub squeaking

My new BPM rear hub is sqeaking a lot. Wasn't really apparent much on the road but when on the bike stand and adjusting the derailleur the squeaking was constant. Spins fine though, no drag.

Is this an installation issue? Too tight in the forks? Greased the chain and some WD40 but no difference.
Is it OK to ride? Don't want to ruin it but it might go away with use. Maybe?

take the chain off and run on throttle to locate where the noise come from.

Yeah it's deffo coming from somewhere in the hub or along the axle line.

Check next for the brake binding.
Spin the wheel forward by hand slowly.
Does the rim touch one of the pads?
Does the squeak occur once per revolution?

did you take the chain off the freewheel (so that the freewheel won't make any noise)?

It's not the brakes. If I lift the back end of the bike and slowly move the wheel forward by hand it squeaks all the time. If I give it a bit of a spin by and it spins freely though. No apparent drag or binding. But squeaks constantly as it does.

Yep, chain off, squeaks with power on or spinning by hand. Only squeaks in forward direction though.

I think it's safe to use until it's sorted.

can you record about 10 seconds video (spinning slowly by hand, chain off) and email to support@wooshbikes.co.uk ?
My colleagues would want to listen to the squeaks.

OK I've done a video of it with chain on spinning wheel by hand. Very difficult to do with chain off and spinning while recording. (Unless there's an easy way as I'm not a bike expert). I can assure you with chain off it's no different. Thanks for your help and I'll send the video now.
