Trying to buy replacement brake pads for my 905 SE. Emailed customer support asking which of the many generic brake pads advertised on the website I would need.

Was "helpfully" told by A_____ in support that I would need Wisper brake pads.

After gambling on what looked like my pads and paying for 24 tracked delivery, they finally arrived 4 days later (taking 3 days for somebody to seemingly pick a set of spares they had laying around and send them out).

The spares I received were not packaged, and did not come with the retainer spring or split pin, every single other pair of disc brakes of this style come with.

Coupled with the fact they aren't the same shape, size, colour or material as those advertised on the website.

To say i'm disappointed with not going for a cheap Chinese option off of Amazon is an understatement.

I'm a bit confused too, are you saying Wisper made you guess which pads you needed to order for your bike after contacting them?
