Cardiovascular Exercise


The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise into our daily routine. This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health and maintain muscle mass.

If you're over 50, you might want to take it easy at first, then do more repetitions as you become more proficient and build stamina.
Warning: It may be too strenuous for some.

Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

I cheated. Instead of using manual scroll, I used the little top and bottom arrows to e-scroll. :D

There was I thinking I had found an exercise program that would satisfy the most slovenly among us......:confused: :p

Being very health conscious you haven't specified red or white wine and size of glass?
Being a qualified health practicioneer...I recommend at least one bottle each pp of whatever you fancy:p
