Can anyone recommend a good but cheap chain? as the crap chain the LBS fitted just snapped on me

I've always had good luck with the KMC X10.93 chain. Not too expensive. I'm assuming you have a 10 speed cassette.

That's great news as I bought 2 due to one chain not having enough links in it . Halfords had them on price match at just under £15 even the store assistant was surprised at the price.

first new part of many arrived today heavy duty kmc chain .
Still waiting for rear cassette, brake pads , cassette tool, chain whip and new handlebar grips .
Then its time for a long overdue service 5706 miles on the clock [emoji3]
