crank arms installed wrong?

I recently helped a friend put her Raleigh Motus together which arrived boxed via Yodel. Tasks were limited to installing the pedals and straightening the handlebars. I struggled and struggled to install the left pedal until I discovered that the crank arms has been installed on the wrong sides. Can't be done on a conventional bike where the chainring spider makes it obvious which arm is which but these arms appear identical. Thus the lefthand thread pedal is on the right side and vice versa. And precession has already occurred - both pedals were loose. Time to swap crank arms me thinks!

Might be an idea to inform the supplier, they could all be coming out this way.

Not as unlikely as it might sound, there was a period in the 1990s when a Fiat Tipo model was suffering a left - right component swap in manufacture for a long time. They even stubbbornly refused to believe me for a while when I informed them, until quietly putting it right without any notification issued.
