Cube Stereo with "spanner" icon

Hi,

I have one of these... https://www.evanscycles.com/cube-stereo-120-hpa-pro-500-2017-electric-mountain-bike-EV289452

Today while riding a spanner icon came up on the display. Nowhere in any documentation does it say what this means. I also cannot find it while searching the internet.

I use my bike to commute so this has caused me a huge issue as my bike shop has a one week wait time, which means me getting a taxi to work (around £40 per day).

Anybody know what is happening?

Does also show an error number as well, usually after the spanner icon.

you will have to take it to the shop and have them plug it in to the bosch diagnostic software as the purion does not show error codes.

I must admit it is frustrating to not have access to the software!

any shop that has the kit should be able to see what is what and yes a pita

It's just a reminder to get the bike to scheduled service. Just ignore it and keep pedaling.
