do eclipse answer emails?

been looking at eclipse bikes website at there batteries which seem a fair price ,but shown as out of stock.
twice I have emailed them as to when they expect to receive new stock.
but have received no reply being that there is no contact number, I am wary of wanting to deal with them

No they don't, I thought that it was because I was outside the UK.

That is why i don`t deal with them anymore,try EM3EV they are from the UK but are now based in China and e-mail response and postage times are very good.
I had a warranty problem and it was dealt with straight away.
