Likely to be better brakes than entry level hydraulic Tektro on my sons bike, at least cable ones don't need bleeding every 6 months because pads start rubbing. I binned them and replaced with entry level shimanos.
Hydraulic brakes never need bleeding unless you cut the hoses to shorten them for some reason. It's a sealed system: How can any air get in? I don't know anybody with hydraulic brakes that ever needed to bleed them.

Both front and rear brakes on this bike need bleeding twice because brakes slowing came on over time (months) with little use. Replaced them when they did it 2nd time. Can't remember model name but had round pads. My wife's bike has different tektro model that take shimano BS01 pads, had no issues with them.
