My first ebike arrived today,

Been fettling in the garage to get it how I wanted it.

Looking forward for the first ride tomorrow, rain forecasted.

Nice - and interesting - bike.

The leaf fork is said to work well, but for some reason has never caught on.

Reassuring to see DT Swiss stamped on the wheels.

The unbranded wheels on some quite pricey fat bikes aren't up to the job.

Different makes of tyres is a bit odd.

Some mountain bikes do come with a different compound tyre front and back, although usually of the same make.

Bike came with unbranded wheels, I had the DT Swiss wheels.

Also came with a Rockshox Bluto 100mm fork, took this off without even riding it.

Will probably sell the fork and possibly the wheels soon.

Fancied the Maxxis on the front over the Jumbo Jim, I'm hoping for a bit more grip from the Maxxis.

That's a great looking bike and I imagine the few changes you've made will work really well... particularly the weight saving in the right places through wheels / tubeless / Lauf fork.
