The 50 Lifepo4 HIPOWER brand cells in two blocks of 25 strapped to a nice aluminium tray fitted with captive M10 bolts have a capacity of about ~34ah now after 4 years use.

They are for sale as is and will include the attached BMS PICAXE 08M slaves and the PICAXE 28X1 based V1 Master board.

I'm after £1600 collection only from Thirsk North Yorkshire UK for the complete package inc BMS Master and a little TFT video screen.

A great use for these older cells would be in some other small vehicle or perhaps one pack in a recumbent three wheeler or electric three wheeler delivery bike.

Also included is one unused new cell I had as a spare.
Here is an old video I did when first building the packs.

BMS Tour 2 - YouTube

Serious enqs only to 150mpg(replace this with at)gmail.com

I have also capacity tested a random cell from the packs.
Starting cell voltage was 3.70V. Ending cell voltage 2.50V
Starting temp was 9C. Finish temp was 19.5C
Discharge Rate 20A (0.5C)
Capacity of cell 50 was 34.3447Ah

Recently on e-bay but didn't reach the right people.

I'm well known in the EV, BMS and Honda Insight World so you aren't being sold a pup.

Here is a new video showing the pack with BMS working.

Price now £1500 to get it off my bench.

Is no one in London using an electric rickshaw type thing!

The Honda is a series hybrid so range doesn't really come into it, the extra capacity meant the mpg was much higher than normal.

Maybe it's just a price and weight issue . Easy to get a brand new 30ah lifepo4 from Ping for 971 USD inc shipping (around 600 quid). It's 11.5kg

Yes but you are comparing apples and oranges.
These are already in UK so no nasty customs charges.
Have a proper BMS with visual display.
Can discharge at 100A and charge at upto 50A.
Are built up with covers and mounting trays.
Have been proven in use.

I might take £1300 to get them off my bench.
