think we might be talking at cross purposes, or at least our messages crossing - I understand about the need for 10mm threads and no QR - trying to help not hinder 
AFAIK you can put a solid 10mm axle in to almost *any* front hub, even one with a 9mm QR at time of manufacture - but it must have front hub cones for bearing size. Be amazed if the SJS folks dont know for certain what works with what
