Is this a 2015 model? The reason I ask is that 2016 models had four levels of assist (eco plus added). Has it ever had a dongle or modified to exceed 15.5mph? Reardless, the warranty, I do not believe it is transferable. Having said that, it is a good price.

Hi there, this is indeed the 2016 model with 4 levels of assistance: Eco+, Eco, Standard and High.

It has never had a dongle or any other modifications (this could be verified by plugging it in at a service centre).

I'd be happy to answer any other questions / accommodate a test ride.

Thanks,

James

I completely disagree.

If the bike has covered the claimed mileage of just 828 miles then it has had one hell of a hard life.

Look at the corrosion on the shock bolt, reverb bolt and fittings, headset bolt, seat post clamp bolt etc. Then look at the wear on the rubber handlebar grips, brake levers, pedal cranks and general rubbing and scuffs on the paintwork. The worst being cable rub below the seat post on the LH side.

My bike has had a hard life, and doesn't look this bad after about five thousand miles of use. Either Haibikes wear badly, which isn't so, or....

EddiePJ - after 828 miles, some wear (e.g. Some Cable rub on a full suss) is to be expected. There is no corrosion on those bolts you mention. If you are not interested in the bike, maybe invest your time on a different thread.

Happy to take viewings / accommodate test rides to demonstrate the bike.

Thanks!

I stand by all of my comments about the bike.

As for the corrosion, do you really want me to go through the photos that you have posted to highlight the corrosion, defects, and excessive wear and tear?

Even the front and rear wheel rims don't seemingly match.

I guess that one persons opinion of "good condition" does not match another persons, or certainly not mine.

One for starters.

A different front wheel and 'upgraded' forks.

I expect the tree it hit came off better.
