No :(.
Try a faster wound similar hub kit form YSBattery or Elifeshop.

Look for 320rpm speed hub.
Hi Nealth I just spoken with the shop you bought your kit on eBay and he doesn't know which kit is that one you've bought!! So you have alink, photo so that I can show him... Also did you bought for the 16" wheel kit.. apperently he doesn't have for that wheel size...

For 16" wheel you would need to have the hub rebuilt in to another/your smaller rim, all you need to do is buy a faster wound rpm motor.
Both hubs are stated as 300 -320rpm the only difference is the gear mounting used.

The kits from Elifeshop and YSB are the same the only difference is Elifeshop do mention the motor rpm to make your choice easier.

When converting a bike with small wheels nothing is straight forward as there are few options for small wheels. If you think the postage from China is too much then you have to go down another avenue which entails buying a hub in a built wheel and then have it rebuilt to suit your needs. Alternately a hub motor kit maybe from Xiongda motor co bought direct, whatever you buy you need a higher speed wound motor 328rpm is often used though you will be ok with one 300rpm or more.
