Hub motor identification help

Does anyone know what motors these are ?

The company has gone bust , trying to help a guy out and sounds like the nylon gears are trashed in the motor . Wondering if possible to source

No markings on motor whatsoever other than 250w 36v

That looks awfully like a Mxus kit, they are often branded for the client - mine says Ciclotek.

Not sure, not actually seen in flesh yet . Meeting on Thursday. Local guy, only bought the kit a few months back so under warranty ....but gone bust so he is stuffed. Get the impression he strapped for cash , gutted and reliant on it

Just trying to get him back on road
