Hey so my bike cannot take disk or V brakes as it is vintage with a nutted front. Do people think this brake would give me enough stopping power, I am going for the 250W kit and am changing my rims to alloy (Steel rims are horrible anyway.)

Here is the brake I am looking at. If anyone knows of any other good brakes that I can fit into a nut and bolt interface please tell me.

Thanks

That should be ok, caliper brakes are widely used on road sport bikes where they cope with much higher speeds. It's dual pivot design brings it closer to V brake action than a single pivot caliper.
