KM529 mph

Can the KM529 be set to display miles and mph? It looks as if it can't. No big problem, but I would prefer mph if possible.

Your KM529 has already been reprogrammed for mph.
The new code removes the km/h on the display.

Is the max speed setting also in mph? Currently set to 25 as it arrived.

No, max speed is always set in km/h at King Meter (Bafang).
Chinese programming.

We'll do some speed comparison vs GPS pretty soon.

Speed measured by KM529 seemed to match speed on GPS phone as close as we could tell; my son on back of tandem with phone and me looking at the King Meter (and the road).
