laptop battery

Hi ,

wondering if anyone can give me any advice. I need to get a new battery for my laptop Acer Aspire 5732Z. looking around there are many to choose from with prices varying from £24 up to £60 and some seem to have differing capacities. So what should I be looking for. Does it need to be an original replacement or are alternatives ok. Do I need to get same spec regarding power etc. Can anyone recommend a good seller (not Amazon).

Hi Gray,

This might be worth a try, appears to be the same capacity as the original but you should study the photos carefully and they have already sold quite a few. You could contact them if you have any doubts.

I got a cheap Chinese replacement battery for my old Medion laptop from Ebay three years ago and it's still going strong.
