It seems impossible to get an e-bike in Malta that isn't overpriced crap (but you can get a petrol motor to convert a normal mtb).
The two bikes I've found from a UK retailer who will ship to me here are the Dawes Boost Surburbia 2012 or Viking Crossbow 7sp 36V
does anyone have opinions on either?
