HK stands for Hobby King an RC modelling supplier of parts etc. google it they have a UK branch which helps.
XT60 are a connector commonly used in RC modelling the 60 stands for max amps they also do an XT90 which are bigger and rated at 90amps.
Premades are ready made wiring looms, so you dont have to solder your own They usually come in series or parallel configuration.
Better to make your own if you are able,then you have control of wire size and length for example i split my packs into two panniers and join them with a home soldered series lead which i couldn't buy premade.
