I'm not surprised they don't make them any more. Why would someone want to pay £250 for cranks on an e bike? I can understand someone doing something like that for a conventional bike if they are trying to make the bike as light as possible, to help climbing and acceleration. On an ebike however there is a motor so weight is not that much of an issue or am I missing something?
