Now it doesn’t work

picked up my new KTM kapoho yesterday, got it home and took it round the block for a quick spin with a great big smile on my face. With only two bars on the display I decided to the battery on charge, so taking the battery out of the frame placed it on charge.
A few hours with all light lit I placed it back in the frame, turned on the display only to see that it registered two bars and only 37km range. No matter what I do the display does nothing else than this and there is assist power at all.

Do I need to do anything to get the power to work. What am I missing.

Help please !!!

sounds like the batt is not locking in try give it a good shove so you here it click in place.

if it still dont work hold the button on the batt for 5sec and it will reset and check the display connections and it is also locked in place.
