question about suntour suspension seatpost

I need to buy a 19" frame because my legs are relatively short. That means I have a long body so that makes the distance between handlebar and seat a bit on the tight side. Watching the videos it looks like the suntour suspension seatpost might effectively move the seat backwards. Which would be great. If that is a real effect how much is the backward movement?

It also adds 2 inches to the minimum height of the saddle.
I have a 21.5 inch frame and cant use my Suntour on it as I need the seat right down!

Good info thanks. It should just fit. I have swapped my crossfire for a crossfuse and had to drop from 21 to 19 inch. I don’t think the seat suspension would have had room on the crossfire
