Trying to speak to Wisper support

Hello I wonder if someone could help. I emailed support on 28 August with a note of the frame number on my Wisper 705 se to try to find out whether the new , larger capacity battery will fit. My old battery was allowed to discharge and left standing for so long that I think its dead but has been couriered to support to see if they can revive it. I would though still like to know about the new battery as I am thinking of getting one anyway and using the old (4 years ) one as a back up if it can be revived. Although I've emailed again and phoned I still haven't received anything other than an automated email acknowledgement.

I've now got 2 different enquiry IDs -241 and 244. The frame number is A9B06700.

Thanks , really nice Steve has sorted everything -my old battery is on a trickle charge at Wisper Support and a new battery is winging its way to me
