For simple service and repairs the local option is probably best and decathlon will even give your money back if you do not get on with it its a lower risk option
Also looks good value for the spec and well built it was a pleasant surprise when I saw one up close, have you asked for a test ride

The rockrider looks great especially in black/blue. A real competitor for the carrera vulcan if you decide to buy from a chain store. I wonder if you can buy additional batteries for it?

Hi guys and gals,

I'm British but living in Portugal. Please help me decide which bike is better out of these two. I really can't choose.

I would go with locality for ease of service/buying but that said Woosh are good as supplying parts if needed quickly.
