‘Find an Electric Bike’ facility – Pedelec’s role
Pedelecs contains details of electric bike specifications on our ‘Find an Electric Bike’ section, the purpose of which is to promote the general use of electric bikes. Whilst every endeavour is made to ensure accuracy, product details should be thoroughly checked with your chosen seller before purchase. Pedelecs does not sell electric bikes and, if you choose to buy an electric bike, your contract is formed with your chosen seller. Pedelecs is not a party to this contract, nor does it assume any responsibility arising out of or in connection with it. The seller is responsible for the sale of the product and for dealing with any claims arising from the sale.
