Hi, my name is Mike. I live in Pembrokeshire, SW Wales and I ride an ICE Sprint recumbent trike with a Heinzmann Direct drive conversion that I fitted about 2 years ago.
I have cycled all my life, but when an illness in 1983 (I was 30) left me with poor balance and impaired coordination, I had to switch to 3 wheels.
Starting with a Pashley "upright " trike, I eventually acquired my first recumbent.
I'm now on my 4th!
I love 'em.
