Its the Panasonic crank drive motor from a few years ago (though still on a couple of new bikes around these days) it has to fit in the specially designed frame used by a variety of manufacturers and as tillson says will probably only good for someone who needs a replacement for their existing one

Hi. Most Oxygens have a plug along the stay near the rear wheel. (Even on the very old ones if i remember correctly) All you do is unclip and disconnect then its just undo the wheel with spanners as normal.
