What is the recommended grease for the BBS1?

I'm not keen on opening it up. I'd rather send it for a service

Does anyone know anyone who services a BBS1b.? Mine has started making a strange noise when I pedel.

I'm looking for someone that might be able to repair my BBS01 Their is no drive to the pedals. The motor runs, but nothing happens and when I pedal it does not drive the main cog. Robert

Try dropping down a couple of gears and let me know if the problem is still there.

I have managed to narrow the issue down a little. Its not the speed sensor as it seems to be working fine. What I have noticed is that the problem seems to be related to the speed of the BBS motor. their seems to be certain RPM the make the motor cut out.

Ok as I started this thread, I thought I would give an update on what I have gone for. In the end I have decided to go for a BBS01B 36v 350W, DPC14 colour screen, a 14.4ah battery and brake sensors. I ordered this last night and I'll give some updates with the fitting process
