    Riese and Müller - Tinker

Thank you Dan. We are off to the London bike show on 29/3 and look forwards to visiting the ORTLIEB stand. The bike shop has obtained an ORTLIEB e-mate pannier that looks good and I’m hoping will leave sufficient ground and heal clearance

We have some good friends moving from Brentwood to Worcester very soon. Looks a lovely county to ride around.

Great to read your update. The orange is a lovely colour and I agree, the Nuvinci is brilliant. I used turbo across grass recently, wow did it shift We haven’t been out much, I have a neck problem at the minute, driving me mad but I checked the tyre pressures today, set at 40psi so all ready...

So far the post hasn’t slipped. We bought the bikes with the thudbuster fitted, which along with the Gell saddle really increased the height for my wife. Looking at the Selle Royal Respirio Relaxed or Selle Royal Lookin 3D Relaxed saddles (the latter similar to the Tinker saddle but with...

In terms of rides further away, I need to decide how to transport the bikes but the idea of moving ‘to the country’ and riding our bikes even more, is very appealing.... we live near Ilford, Essex. I’m not very good with starting a post ie where is the review section etc. but I’d be happy to put...

    New eBikes and cyclists

So far the post hasn’t slipped. We bought the bikes with the thudbuster fitted, which along with the Gell saddle really increased the height for my wife. Looking at the Selle Toyal web site, I’m looking at two saddles (Respirio and Lookin 3D) with the 3D being more compact hightwise, but with...

Hiya Robbieg. Yes we have two blue Vario Tinkers and love them both. We have only managed a few short rides though having bought a higher Gell saddle for my lady, we need to saw 2” off the stem! On their six week service, the shop needs to relocate the Abus locks to underneath the battery and...

    Rear Panniers

They look good bags but size wise too wide and long for the 20” Tinker. Thanks for helping

    Rear Panniers

I need to chat to fully charged today. I’ll ask them about the Tern and attachments? Thanks.

    Rear Panniers

Hi Jim Ortlieb sell shorter front panniers. I’m waiting for the eMate to come in to the shop before buying but the Ortlieb sport packers and gravel packs look promising as does the larger Ortlieb trunk carrier. I’ll keep you posted

    Rear Panniers

Thanks, I’ll take a look st these too. Are they TackTime comparable or made for Tern racks? I’ll check

    Rear Panniers

Definitely agree with you on visability. I guess the eMate will hold water where battery goes, sandwiched and good one side and cables and bike stuff on the other side, plus my lady likes the eMate look and colour....... blue!

    Rear Panniers

I think it’s between the sports packer plus, gravel pack or eMate. The gravel pack won’t carry a battery, the sport packer is only 9” wide as opposed 11” with the eMate with the latter able to carry day kit, locks and battery

    Rear Panniers

Thanks Ocsid. I’m buying from a great eBIKE shop in London, who recommend the rollerback classic or eMate, though looking at photos kindly sent to me, recognise the peddles are close but they do not have the eMate in stock for comparison.
